Shipping policy
Please note: Processing time for each item is stated in the item's description box. This is separate from shipping and does not include transit time. The shipping option you choose at checkout applies only after the item has completed it's "processing" time.
Before submitting your order, you must review that your shipping address is correct. Packages with incorrect or missing shipping info cannot be replaced.
You may request to cancel or adjust an order within one hour after it has been placed. After that, I am unable to make any changes. Please send an email to info@ravetildawn.com
All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. International customers are responsible for any import fees. These costs cannot be refunded.
If you would like to report a missing package, you must contact me within 72 hours, no exceptions. I am not responsible for missing packages but will do my best to work with you. In the event of a missing package, only store credit will be offered.
